কালু এবং গাজী 

এক ছিল কালু এবং গাজী। তারা উভয়ে ভাই ছিল। কিন্তু  আপন ভাই নয়। এক ছিল রাজার ছেলে আর অন্যটি ছিল অনাথ ছেলে। গাজী ছিল আপন ছেলে । তাই রাজা তাঁকে নিজ রাজত্ব দিতে চাইলেন। কিন্তু গাজী নিতে অস্বীকার করল। কারন , সে ছিল আল্লাহ্‌র পীর। সে সবসময় আল্লাহ্‌র ধ্যানে মগ্ন থাকতে পছন্দ করতে চাইত। এসব রাজত্বএর ভার যদি সে নেই তবে সে ইবাদত কিভাবে করবে , এই ধ্যান- ধারণা থেকে সে রাজত্ব নেওয়া পছন্দ করল না। কিন্তু তাঁর বাবা তাকেই রাজত্বটা দিতে চাইলেন। তাই সে বাড়ি থেকে চলে গেল যেন তার বাবা আর জোর না করে । কিন্তু তাঁর বাবা সেনা পাঠালেন তাঁকে খুজে বের করার জন্য। তাঁর তাঁকে খুজে আনে এবং রাজা তাঁকে তাঁর পীর হওয়ার পরীক্ষা নিতে চাইলেন। প্রথন পরীক্ষা হল সুঁই সমুদ্রে ফেলে দেয়া হবে আর সেটি সমুদ্র থেকে গাজী নিয়ে আসবে। গাজী গেল ও সাত দিন হয়  গেল কিন্তু গাজী সমুদ্র থেকে বের হল না। আবার একদিন গাজীর কাছে  সামুদ্রিক হিংসুক জলজ প্রানী এল এবং যখন গাজী বলল, “তোমরা আমাকে খেতে এসেছ তো খাও, আমি আর ফিরে জেতে চাই না কারন আমার বাবা আমাকে রাজত্বের ভার দিয়ে দিবেন”। জলজ প্রানীরা বলল, “ আমরা আপনাকে খেতে পারব না , আপনার শরীর থেকে অনেক বড় নেক ব্যক্তির সুগন্ধ  আসছে”।এরপরে তাঁরা গাজীর সব কথা শুনার  পর  গাজীকে সুঁই সহ নদীর ধারে ছাড়ে আসল। এরপর রাজত্বের সবাই অবাক হয়ে গেল গাজিকে দেখে। পরে রাজা গাজীর আরও পরীক্ষা নিলেন। এরপর গাজীকে আফ্রিকার জঙ্গলে ছেড়ে আসা হলো যেখান কেউ ফিরে আস্তে পারে না। গাজী সেখানে গেল । জঙ্গলের হিংস্র প্রানীরাও গাজীকে দেখে অবাক হলো। তারা সকলে গাজীর সেই মহান ব্যক্তির সুগন্ধ পেলো। তাই তারাও গাজিকে কিছু করলো না। আর তারা সবাই মিলে গাজীকে বনের বাইরে ছেড়ে আসল। এরপর গাজী রাজদরবারে পৌঁছে এবার সে বলল, “ আপনি আমার অনেক পরীক্ষা নিয়েছেন এবার আমি আর কোন পরীক্ষা দিতে চাই না। আমি এ বাড়ি ছেড়ে চলে যাব। গাজী জিনিসপত্র নিয়ে রওয়ানা দিল, তখন কালু বলল , “ ভাই আমিও যাব”। এরপরে দুই ভাই মিলে রওয়ানা দিল। তারা এক জঙ্গলে পৌঁছল। তারা যেভাবে অন্য মানুষ জঙ্গলে থাকে সেভাবে থাকার জায়গা তৈরি করলো। আর রাতে ঘুমিয়ে গেল। রাতে পরীরা জঙ্গলে আহার করছিলো। তারা কালু -গাজীর বাসা দেখতে পেলো এবং সেখান থেকে এক  চমৎকার নুর বের হতে দেখল। তাই তারা সবাই সেখানে গেল। তারা গাজীর শরীর থেকে সে আলো বের হতে দেখল। তখন তাদের মধ্যে একজন পরী বলল গাজী অনেক বেশি সুন্দর, আরেক জন বলল না সেই রাজ্যের রাজকুমারী সুন্দর। এই নিয়ে বিতর্ক শুরু হলে তারা সে রাজকুমারীর খাটের পাশে গাজীর খাট নিয়ে গেলেন। তখন তারা দেখতে পেলেন গাজীই সুন্দর। এরপর পরীরা গাজীকে সেখানে রেখে আবার আহার করতে গেলেন। হঠাত রাজকুমারী জেগে উঠল। প্রথমে গাজীকে দেখে চোর চোর বলতে লাগল। এর অল্প সময় পর তাদের মনোভাব পরিবর্তন হয়ে গেল এবং তারা দুজনে বিবাহ করার সিদ্ধান্ত নিল এবং তারা একে অপরের আংটি ও খাট একে অপরকে দিয়ে ঘুমিয়ে গেল।

আবার পরীরা এসে গাজীকে সেই রাজকুমারীর সোনার খাটে পূর্বের জায়গায় নিয়ে গেল। সকালে উভয়ের ঘুম ভাঙলে তারা উভয়ের কথা মনে করে। গাজী সেই মেয়ের সাথে বিবাহ করা ও ইসলাম প্রচার করার জন্য তার (মেয়েটির) রাজ্যে গেল এবং যুদ্ধের আহ্বান করলো। এ যুদ্ধের সৈনিক ছিল কুমির ও বাঘ। বাঘ ছিল গাজীর সৈনিক ও কুমির ছিল রাজার সৈনিক। উভয়ের মধ্যে যুদ্ধ হলো। এবার উভয়ে কঠিন আহত হলো এবং হাস্পাতালে তাদের পাঠানো হলো। চিকিৎসার পর আবার যুদ্ধ হলো। এবার বাঘ অর্থাৎ গাজী জয় লাভ করলো। আর সে রাজ্যে ইসলাম কায়েম হলো ও গাজীর সেই রাজকুমারীর সাথে বিবাহ হয়ে গেল। আরও মজাদার গল্প পরতে এখানে ক্লিক করুন।
